Online Tennessee Real Estate School & Courses

In order to qualify for your Tennessee affiliate broker license, the Tennessee Real Estate Commission requires the following:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Be a resident of Tennessee for a minimum of 45 days.
• Have a high school diploma or the equivalent.
• Submit fingerprints for a background check.
• Complete the 90 hours of education required by TREC.
  • The 60-hour Real Estate Principles course (required prior to sitting for the National PSI exam)
  • The 30-hour New Affiliates course (required prior to applying for a license)
• Successfully pass the state and national portions of the exam with a score of 75% or higher.
