Are There Different Types of Online CE Real Estate Courses?
Continuing education (CE) is the general term used to describe post licensing real estate courses. In some states there are different types of real estate CE courses. For example, in Texas there’s Salesperson Apprentice Education (SAE). SAE are the hours that are required for agents who are renewing their license for the first time. Agents renewing after the first time are required to complete CE courses for each license renewal.
