Even a brick-and-mortar school doesn’t give you 7-days a week access to on-staff Career Mentors. Aceable’s Career Mentors can walk you through the licensing process and answer course-specific questions.

These requirements are in place to ensure when you receive a Washington broker license you’ll know exactly how to use it.

Washington Real Estate Broker Education Requirements
Through our partnership with Kaplan Real Estate Education, we’re able to offer you the 90 hours of education you need to take the Washington broker licensing exam. The 90-hour broker course includes:
Real Estate Fundamentals (60 hours)
Real Estate Practices (30 hours)
Note: You may have noticed there’s been no mention of agents. That’s because Washington is one of the few states that only has real estate brokers. But you’ll still need to work under a managing broker to receive an active license.
