Our course is accredited by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and includes the 63-hours of real estate sales associate education required to become a real estate license holder in the state of Florida. Once you complete your 63-hours of education, you’ll need to pass the course final exam with a score of 70% or higher. You’ll then receive your certificate of completion and be able to continue your application process.

Steps to getting your Florida Real Estate License

  1. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
  2. Sign up for and complete the 63-hours of course work required by FREC
    • Pass the Final Exams with scores of 70% or higher
  3. Get your fingerprints and background check through an approved vendor.
    • Must be completed at least 5 days before you submit your application
  4. Submit the Application for Sales Associate License (DBPR RE 1)
  5. Pass the Florida Licensing Exam with a score of 70% or higher
