How to Choose a Real Estate School in Tennessee
When it comes time to decide what school you want to go to, there are a few factors that will help you make your decision. One of the most important factors is the pass/fail rate of the school. This shows how many students passed the course compared to how many enrolled in it. The Tennessee Real Estate Commission publishes a yearly list of these rates.
Another important factor is the school's location and if they have online courses or not. There are also courses that let you work at your own pace to hit the required 90 credit hours.
