Online Illinois Broker Pre-Licensing Course

A managing broker can do everything that a broker can do, plus they are able to open and operate a real estate brokerage firm as well as overseeing the licensees that they sponsor at the firm. Managing brokers can also choose to be self-sponsored where they simply work independently but do not sponsor additional licensees.

Webinar sessions for the 60-Hour Topics course are optional, and available only for students who have purchased the Live Webinar + Exam Prep package. These webinars will allow you to reinforce what you’re learning in the course textbook. If you want to participate in these optional webinars, you’ll start with Session 1 of Topics, which can be easily scheduled as soon as you login to your online course.

You’ll be able to take all nine optional Topics webinar sessions on your schedule. They are conveniently offered mornings (9 a.m. to 12 p.m. CST), afternoons (1 p.m. to 4 p.m. CST), and evenings (6 p.m. to 9 p.m. CST). We offer Session 1 weekly, so you can jump in and start as soon as you're ready.

All students who have purchased the Live Webinar + Exam Prep package will have their Applied Real Estate Principles course taught via live webinar. You’ll be able to schedule your webinars in the course. Applied sessions are offered multiple times per week at 9:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. CST. You can complete all your Applied sessions in as little as one week. The Applied sessions do not need to be taken in order but should be taken after you do your Topics coursework.

As soon as you enroll, you can access your courses, see the upcoming available sessions, and start selecting dates and times that work within your schedule. You have the flexibility to schedule your sessions when it's convenient for you, and you can finish your entire program in as quick as a few weeks!
