TX CE & SAE STUDENTS: Legal Update I & II Course Completion Deadline - Legal Update I and II courses expire every two years so that TREC can update the course material to reflect new legislation. If you have these courses as part of your CE or SAE package, you must complete your course(s) by December 31, 2025.
TX PRE-LICENSE STUDENTS: Principles I, II & Law of Agency Course Completion Deadline - TREC has updated the curriculum requirements for these three courses. Our new course versions were approved on November 6, 2025, and are now available for purchase on our site. If you’re currently enrolled in a legacy version, you must complete your course and pass the final exam by December 11, 2025. After this date, students who haven’t finished will be automatically enrolled in the new course version at no additional cost and will need to start over from the beginning. Prefer to switch early?
