The 100 hours are split across four courses: 40 hours of Real Estate Principles & Practices, 40 hours of Real Estate Law, 10 hours of Real Estate Finance, and 10 hours of Real Estate Appraisal.

Yes. Once you pass your exam, you'll need to be sponsored by an Ohio-licensed real estate broker before you can apply for and activate your license.

Yes. Ohio requires all license applicants to undergo a criminal background check. Having a criminal record doesn't automatically disqualify you, but certain convictions may affect your eligibility.
