The Colorado real estate broker exam questions are multiple-choice with up to four answer options.
You’ll have 230 minutes total to take both portions of the exam. The national portion is 120 minutes long, and the state portion is 110 minutes long.
To pass you’ll need to get at least 60 questions correct on the national portion and 53 questions correct on the state portion of the exam.
