If You Don’t Pass We Give You Your Money Back

If you take the steps to prep yourself with our materials but don’t pass the real estate exam after three attempts, we’ll make it up to you with a full refund*.
Here’s how it works:
- Purchase a pre-license course package through AceableAgent Real Estate School
- Complete all of the included courses
- Complete the Ultimate Exam Prep course - it’s included as well
- Score 85% or higher on at least one practice test (take as many practice tests as you need to reach 85% or higher)
- Take the licensing exam within 90 days of completing the Ultimate Exam Prep course (attempt to pass at least 3 times)
- Email us at support@aceableagent.com and include a copy of your three score reports
One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll no longer have access to courses after a refund. Some states, like Texas, require that applicants retake courses if they fail a certain number of sections on the exam. If that’s the case you’ll have to repurchase a pre-license program.
