Register for the Real Estate Exam in Macon

After you successfully complete your pre-license course, it is time to sign up to take the real estate exam. PSI manages this test and charges a $119 fee you can pay via credit card, cashier's check, or money order. You can register for the exam online, by calling 888-818-5834, or by mail.

You need to bring two forms of identification with you to the testing center on the day of your exam. One form has to be a government-issued photo ID. Upon passing the exam, you will receive a Certificate of Accuracy Statement, which you must not sign until you apply for your license.

If you live in Warner Robins or Milledgeville, sorry. There are no testing locations in your area, so you'll need to drive into Macon for the test.
